Day 2 - Excuses
Today we're going to cover the top 4 reasons I hear for why people are unable to stick to a yoga/movement practice:
1. no time
2. no space
3. not knowing what to do
4. injury
We'll break down each one and look at how we can reframe them and overcome them to ensure that we create a routine that we actually want to stick to!
