Not bouncy like Tigger, more glide-y & slide-y as you slowly transform your muscles from steel cables to elastic bands. We'll ease in and out of a range of poses that'll allow you to stretch out all of the tight bits (hamstrings, hips, lower back ... all the usual suspects!!)
