For when you're *Feeling*

this 25min practice is perfect for when you're full of *feelings* ... whether it's frustration, anger or annoyance we all have those days when we know we need to work though the feelings and release them!! We'll move through some more vigorous practices to start down before settling into 5minutes of relaxation at the end.
