Grounding Earth Salutation

This 20minute grounding flow is ideal when you are craving a little stability, support & strength. We'll work slowly from a reclined position, where we can feel full supported, up to a glorious Earth Salutation. This'll allow you to feel calm and centred as you gently move your body & find what feels best for you.
