In some cases that familiar lower back niggle is actually nothing to do with your lower back ... it is, in fact, tightness through the hamstrings or hips that are causing the pelvis to be pulled out of alignment!
Today we're going to look at some really simple mobility movements that'll help create a feeling of space in the lower back & loosen up anything that's feeling a bit overworked!!
