Re:Connect || Lower Body
In this class we're going to focus (almost) entirely on the lower body & in particular the hips & hamstrings!
That might sound like quite a general area to focus on but the truth of it is that hamstring stretch/sensation is often the easiest one to connect with & allows us a way into practice after we've spent some time away!
If you've got it grab a strap for this one, if not a towel or scarf will work just as well.
