Yep you read that right!! This one is the perfect mix of gentle strengthening, stability & finding a little calm as we utilise the support if the ground beneath us!! You'll need a blanket/pillow to assist you in some of the moves but it's not a deal breaker ... I can guide you through the moves without if you haven't got one handy!!
