Yoga to Fix Overwhelm
Legs up the wall is my go-to pose for almost any situation - insomnia, restless legs, overwhelm, anxiety ... it's THE best! Just make sure you take your time getting up at the end in case you get light headed.
PROPS: You'll need a clear stretch of wall and a pillow for this one, but if you can't find a patch of wall then you can easily substitute it with a chair/the sofa/your bed!!
