Increasingly over the last few of years, companies are starting to address the issue of mental health and general wellbeing of their employees in and out of the workplace.  

We all know that taking a short break from your desk to move and breathe can reduce stress, increase focus & allow you the opportunity to refocus your attention, and one of the things I’m most passionate about is encouraging people to move little and often throughout the day. Yoga doesn’t have to be complicated long flows for you to feel the benefits of it.

Having helped a number of companies in the past I’ve now put together some different packages that will benefit you and your company but since each company is unique, please drop me an email to discuss a more bespoke package if you can’t see anything that suits you.

The 15-minute Rapid Yogi Desk Break practices are only available online while 30-60 minute sessions can be taught in person depending on location.

Workplace Wellness Solutions

  • Rapid Yogi Desk Breaks

    These sessions are designed to fit easily into your desk breaks: minimum fuss, maximum benefits! No mat required and no need to change into your yoga clothes – simply click play and follow my lead.

    These sessions include simple breathing and mobility exercises designed to counteract having been sat at your desk all day. They are fun, easy to follow and don’t require any previous yoga knowledge – they’re also designed to encourage you to work stretches in throughout your day.

     
    Suitable for all levels.
    Pricing from £45 for 2 weekly sessions (accessed via your own online library)

  • Yoga Sessions (online or in person)

    These longer yoga sessions can be taught for 30 – 60 minutes, depending on your requirements. Participants will need a mat and to be wearing suitable clothing, and for in-person sessions, we’ll need a space that can easily be turned into a temporary yoga studio.

    These sessions provide an opportunity to switch off your ‘thinking’ brain and focus on how you feel instead. It’ll combine movement, breathing and some well-needed rest to help rebalance your nervous system as well as stretch out your body.

    Suitable for all levels.
    Prices start from £50 online and £75 in person (in-person price may vary depending on travel)

    Get the best of both worlds with this ultimate package:

    - Two weekly 15-minute Rapid Yogi online sessions
    - AND a weekly yoga session (either online or in person)
