Day 5 - Celebrate

Our 5th and final day in this series and it's time to celebrate your wins!

No matter how small they may seem I want you to focus on what you have achieved rather than what you've not.

It's really easy to undermine a new habit by focusing on what you've not quite managed to nail rather than what you have so I want you to notice every time you start to think negatively ... stop ... and then reframe your thinking towards what you HAVE achieved instead! Find the joy and everything will slot into place!
