Consistency Series - Day 5 || Reclined Stretch
The 5th and final day in our quest to establish consistency sees us look at what stretches we could get done whilst still in bed!!!
working on the principle of 'habit stacking' (adding new habits to existing ones) I've assumed you'll find yourself in bed at least twice a day so you can add these simple stretches to your morning or evening routine to ensure you get some stretching in to your day!!!
