Day 3 of the Consistency Series is designed for those days when you flop on the sofa & then remember that you'd promised yourself you'd stretch today.
The fact is that sometimes it's just too difficult to move from the sofa so I'm here to give you some inspiration with stretch you can do whilst sat on your bum!!!
