Back to Basics Series | (Re)Discover YOUR home yoga practice
In this series of 4 classes we’ll cover everything from feeling good to adapting Sun Salutation, how to stand tall and how to soften your edges … plus how to make sure your down dog suits you!!! Taking you slowly through you yoga practice one step at a time and giving you confidence in your home yoga practice.
This bundle includes the following classes:
1 - Feeling Good (30mins) - A simple sequence that will leave you feeling lighter and more spacious at the end of it.
2 - Down Dog Focus (30mins) - Whether you love it or hate there is so much going on in this pose, and I'm hoping that this session will give you a checklist of things to think through each time you settle in to the pose.
3 - Standing Tall (40mins) - We'll be thinking about how the feet connect with the ground, how we can work through that mental checklist to check in with body and how we can subtly adjust posture to ensure that the core is engaged and helping us to stay upright!!!
4 - Here Comes the Sun (40mins) - Sun Salutations are traditionally practiced to celebrate the sun and it's abundant energy, but sometimes it can feel a bit too fast or inaccessible - this class will show you how many different options that there are available to you, and hopefully give you the confidence to know which variation is the most suitable for YOUR practice!
