I’m a yoga teacher and therapist based near Southampton, Hampshire. I discovered yoga as a new mum of two (just 14.5 months apart!) and was instantly hooked on the space it gave me—space to think, breathe, and be myself.
My focus is simple: It’s about finding small, practical ways to reset so you can navigate life with more ease and balance
