Day 1 is all about discovering your 'why', which is the key to establishing a new routine or habit - you need to know what has drawn you here in the first place and why you want to make a change!
Today we're going to cover the top 4 reasons I hear for why people are unable to stick to a yoga/movement practice:
1. no time
2. no space
3. not knowing what to do
4. injury
We'll break down each one and look at how we can reframe them and overcome them to ensure that we create a routine that we actually want to stick to!
Today we chat about Habit Stacking - the concept of tacking a new habit onto an existing habit to allow it to become fully ingrained into your routine!
We'll also flow through a 10minute grounding sequence which is perfect for when life gets a bit too much.

Allow it to sink in and then allow yourself to accept that your practice is YOURS and no-one else's. It doesn't need to look like anyone else's and it doesn't need to be the same each week. Make it work for you and allow it to bring you joy!!
Our 5th and final day in this series and it's time to celebrate your wins!
No matter how small they may seem I want you to focus on what you have achieved rather than what you've not.
It's really easy to undermine a new habit by focusing on what you've not quite managed to nail rather than what you have so I want you to notice every time you start to think negatively ... stop ... and then reframe your thinking towards what you HAVE achieved instead! Find the joy and everything will slot into place!
