Today’s tool? A quick body scan. It’s like hitting the ‘refresh’ button on your day! 🧘‍♀️ Take a few minutes to check in with your body from head to toe. Notice any tension, let it soften, and feel yourself settle. It’s amazing how this tiny pause can create a ripple of calm 🌊
